Recent commercial aviation accidents have brought more calls for stamping out corruption (which allowed unregulated airlines to flout safety regulations). But this is easier said than done, as even the younger generation is not reforming. Hundreds of university students were recently expelled for everything from cheating on exams, cult activities and armed robbery.
