The Czechs and Slovaks are discussing a weapons swap. The Czechs want to unload some of their surplus L-159 jet trainers (which are so new they haven't even been delivered, but budget problems make paying for the entire order impossible) while the Slovaks are keen to sell Zuzana howitzers and Alligator recon vehicles.--Stephen V Cole
