Prosecutors and a grand jury are investigating charges that Raytheon, blocked from selling satellite communications equipment to the Pakistani Army after the recent round of nuclear tests, tried to complete the deal through a Canadian subsidiary. Reportedly, negotiations for a plea bargain are very tense and the prosecutors may decide to indict.--Stephen V Cole
