Security forces in Kandahar and Khost arrested 11 Taliban suspects, including several with al Qaeda connections. Attacks against aid organizations continue. Most consist of grenades thrown over a compound wall, or a few shots from an AK-47. The attackers are thought to be Taliban, who have always thought that non-Moslems should be excluded from Afghanistan.
