A Taliban official said the eight foreign aid workers being held for preaching Christianity, will probably be expelled, rather than punished, if they are not found to have converted any Afghans. Visas for diplomats to visit the foreigners have not been issued, but the Taliban says it will happen soon. All foreign aid workers are becoming nervous about being able to continue operating in Taliban controlled territory.
