Russia has developed a new and improved version of the SA-3A Goa anti-aircraft missile and is marketing it to the 35 countries that originally purchased this system. The new missile uses electronics borrowed from the S300 and a new booster for improved range. The improved missiles can reach 27 kilometers in range and 65,000 feet in altitude. A new warhead is considered 275% more lethal.--Stephen V Cole
