Representatives from the European Union, African Union, Arab League and IGAD (Inter-Governmental Authority on Development) have arrived, to hold talks with Transitional National Government (TNG) President Abdulkassim Salat Hassan and other faction leaders, as well as inspecting various parts of the country to see how much the ceasefire agreement is being honored, or not.
