Somalia: February 21, 2003


The relatively peaceful breakaway states of Somaliland and Puntland are edging towards war over a territorial dispute. Both claim the Sool and Sanaag areas on their border. Puntland claims that Somaliland is supporting a Puntland rebel group. Somaliland denies this, but there is war in the air.
