Information obtained from Saddam's briefcase has led to an increase in raids in Sunni Arab areas. This is leading to the capture of more Baath party activists, weapons and documents. Daily attacks on American troops have declined to under twenty a day, apparently because many of the Baath attack organizers are trying to get out of the way of possible American raids.
