Britain is preparing to move a force to Kuwait. The government has not released any official information, but reports from towns near military bases indicate that 20-40,000 troops are about to head out. Included will be one aircraft carrier and two brigades of ground troops. Britain already has warplanes stationed in Turkey and the Persian Gulf, as well as warships in the area.
