Indian Moslems in Gujarat are finding that getting justice from the courts for attacks by Hindu extremists is a futile process. The state government is dominated by Hindu nationalists who obtain much of their support from Hindu extremists, so this situation is not unexpected. But one of the results is to make it easier for Islamic radicals to recruit more terrorists.
