The United States government has strongly urged it's 60,000 or so citizens to leave India and Pakistan. The US feels that the danger of war is high. Britain has also warned it's 60-70,000 citizens to leave as well.
In Kashmir, 11 rebels and three civilians were killed in rebel violence. Also, eleven rebels surrendered to police.
India says there are some 3,000 militants in Pakistan controlled Kashmir camps. These men are training and waiting to infiltrate into Indian Kashmir.
