Pakistan has arrested over a hundred suspected terrorists. What Pakistan needs to deal with the terrorists long term is sufficient foreign aid to build schools to replace the religious schools that are the chief source of terrorist recruits. The religious schools are largely supported by Saudi Arabian donors. Many Pakistanis send their kids to the religious schools because they are available and free. While the religious schools teach basic literacy and some math, they concentrate on religious study and hatred of non-Moslems.
