While there have been demonstrations against the government joining the US War on Terrorism, there have also been demonstrations in favor of it. While millions of Pakistani Pushtun tribesman support the Afghan Pushtuns that run the Taliban, many Pakistanis remember centuries of Pushtun raids into southern Pakistan (where most of the population live). While there are many Moslem fundamentalists in Pakistan, there are many Pakistanis who are not.
