Rebel attacks killed fourteen and wounded ten. Three of the dead and seven of the wounded were soldiers. The two rebel groups responsible for the attacks are GIA and GSPC. Some of these rebels are still surrendering, but the remaining hard core are becoming even more active. Rebel violence has killed 80 people so far this month.
