Information Warfare is obviously going to be a new theater of war, but personnel able to launch cyber attacks (and detect enemy attacks) are few and far between. To alleviate the shortage, the Pentagon is creating five reserve and guard units (total 182 personnel) to provide wartime augmentation to these forces. The Pentagon plans to increase the number of personnel in such reserve units to 600 by 2007.--Stephen V Cole
