Navy Shake-Up, No One Cares

Terrorist violence continues in Dagestan, the province next to Chechnya, and apparently where many Chechen terrorists have fled and taken up residence. Most of the remaining Chechen rebels, in Chechnya and Dagestan, are Islamic radicals, intent on creating an Islamic state in the Caucasus.
