Russia has begun destroying a number of armored vehicles in the Trans-Dniester region of Moldova in order to comply with the Conventional Forces in Europe Treaty. They must destroy or withdraw 108 tanks, 214 armored vehicles, and 125 artillery pieces.--Stephen V Cole
