Police announced they had arrested, last week, a suspected member of the Islamic radical Abu Sayyaf. Galib Daman, who has a $2,500 price on his head, was the latest of many Islamic radicals to be captured. The rewards, and increasing unpopularity of Islamic radicals, has brought in a lot more tips, and led to a lot more arrests.
