Five German tourists were reported missing in southern Algeria last week, in the same area were 32 foreign tourists were kidnapped by Islamic radicals. The Germans were found two days later, Some of these Islamic groups are still operating in the south, maintaining themselves through banditry. There's a lot of banditry down there. And some groups of GSPC Islamic radicals are still believed to be hiding in the area.
