The State Department has compiled a list of 55,000 foreigners in the US thought to be linked to terrorist groups. Most of the people were fingered by special committees at US embassies around the world, who keep track of visa applications. Getting off the list is all but impossible, usually only through death or reaching the age of 99.--Stephen V
