mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"> Unidentified attackers threw a bomb at a meeting of 200 Buddhists leaders who were planning an anti-government demonstration. The attackers were apparently not LTTE, as they did not use the suicide bomb approach. More likely they were pro-government activists, or even the police. No one was caught. In the north, the army continued its offensive against the LTTE.
