The Turkish government announced a new amnesty offer for the PKK. The deal isnt exactly what Kurd groups have demanded, but it does show some give. PKK rebels who surrendered and did not commit crimes other than belonging to the PKK (whatever that means) would receive pardons. Stay tuned.
