Two 18 year old Palestinian suicide bombers got through the Gaza Strip border controls, and into a well guarded Israeli port of Ashdod, and detonated bombs that killed themselves and ten others. This was only the second time, in the last three years, that terrorists had gotten out of Gaza. In retaliation, Israeli helicopter gunships attacked suspected terrorist workshops and safe houses in Gaza.
