Reports have leaked out that the third test of the Shahab-3 ballistic missile failed. The cause is thought to be the guidance system for the 900 kilometer range missile. On the Afghan border, police said they killed thirteen armed Afghans and captured nine more. The Afghans carried papers indicating they were members of the Taliban.
