The Bosnian government issued some revised plans for restructuring its federal army. The army will shrink from 22,000 to 12,000 by March, 2004.. The new force will be reconstituted as three 4,000 man brigades. One brigade will be Bosnian Serb, one brigade Bosnian Croat, and one Brigade Bosniak Muslim.
