Money talks. Serbia arrested Veselin Sljivancanin, one of the key Serb officers allegedly involved in the murder of 200 Croats in 1991. Sljivancanin had been on a wanted-list for years. A subsequent report said Serb special forces conducted the arrest, though there was a ten-hour long confrontation outside Sljivancanins home in Belgrade.
