Shefqet Musliu, UCPMB commander-in-chief in south Serbia, surrendered to NATO troops in Kosovo. 30 troops accompanied him. KFOR reported that Muslius troops turned in a trove of weapons, including five SA-7 Strela shoulder-fired surface-to-air missiles.
