Internet mogul Mark Shuttleworth is set to become the world's second space tourist. The Russians will take him to the space station next spring. NASA is hammering out "space commercialism" protocols with its international partners, including ways to share revenue from commercial research or the filming of commercials or scenes for motion pictures in space.--Stephen V Cole
