The Air Force is moving ahead with the lease of four C-40 (Boeing 737-700) aircraft, but this deal was supposed to blaze the trail for the lease of a hundred Boeing 767-200 tankers (a deal that stalled when Congress thought it wasn't that good a deal).--Stephen V Cole
