The Sudanese government and the SPLA have reached a tentative agreement on how to divide oil revenues. This is a big plus for the peace process in southern Sudan. Both sides issued statements that said they are trying to reach a final comprehensive wealth sharing agreement in a formal memorandum of understanding. Stay tuned.
