FNL rebels attacked a town south of the capital, killing 15 civilians before arriving army troops and police drove them away. The rebels were apparently angry with the local civilians for not providing them with support. The Hutu rebels live off nearby civilians, but many of these Hutu civilians are tired of years of rebellion.
