FDD Hutu guerrillas kidnapped four Hutu members of Burundi's parliament. The four men are in the Front for Democracy in Burundi (FRODEBU). The kidnapping took place in Ruyigi province. A subsequent report said the man driving the PMs' car was also kidnapped. Peace process? The FDD and FNL continue to use terror tactics to intimidate Hutu moderates.
