Look what three days of tough inside politics will do. Rwandan President Pasteur Bizimungu resigned his office. Now the real power in Rwanda, Vice-president (and Minister of Defense as well as General) Paul Kagame will assume the office of "interim" president. Kagame is an ethnic Tutsi who was born in Uganda. He served in Yoweri Museveni's National Resistance Army and when Museveni came to power in Uganda, served as head of Uganda's military intelligence.
