The government is halting food supplies to refugees in West Timor. Aid organizations left the area after three of their number were killed two weeks earlier, and with that distribution of food supplies stopped. The government picked up the slack, but says that it lacks the resources to continue. In the Mollucas, two bombs went off in a market place, injuring three.  In Aceh, several bombs went off, and at least one fire was set..
