China has received the second batch of ten Su-30MKK two-seat multi-role fighters from Russia. Another 18 Su-30MKKs (out of an initial order of 38) are due for delivery next year and in 2003. These aircraft will be assigned to the 2nd Fighter Division, which also operates China's Su-27s. Stephen V Cole
