Ireland has selected the Sikorsky S-92 medium-lift helicopter and is negotiating to buy three of them for about $62 million. The S-92 was selected over the EH101 and Eurocopter Cougar for the Irish requirement for search and rescue helicopters.--Stephen V Cole
