Uganda and Rwanda agreed to exchange 100 POWs taken in recent clashes between the Ugandan and Rwandan factions of the Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD) during battles last week in the Democratic Republic of the Congo city of Kinsangani. Uganda also backs another Congo liberation group, the Congo Liberation Movement, headed by Jean-Pierre Bemba.
