Police captured a suicide bomber team that had gotten into Israel, but had not yet come together so the woman transporting the explosive belt could deliver it to the man who was to wear and use it. The shadow war between the terrorists and the Israelis continues. The Israeli raids into Palestinian areas captures key terrorists (leaders and technicians) and shuts down bomb building workshops and smuggling operations. But the terrorist organizations have lots of money and lots of volunteers. But it is hard to replace key people, who have years of experience that is not easily replaced.
