 Israel is about to make a prisoner exchange with Hizbollah. In the deal, 19 Hizbollah and 400 Palestinian prisoners in return for the release of an Israeli businessman (and reserve colonel) Elhanan Tannenbaum, who was lured to Lebanon three years and kidnapped. Hizbollah would also give up the bodies of three Israeli soldiers.
