Attackers on motorcycles hurled bombs, and fired on, two churches in Central Sulawesi. Two people were wounded, and some fire damage resulted. Islamic radicals are trying to revive large scale religious violence between the large Islamic and Christian populations in Central Sulawesi. In Aceh, six rebels died in battles with troops.
