What to do with Kosovo? The UN is in the process of putting together a conference to discuss what it calls the practical issues between Serbia and Kosovo. That conference should kick off in mid to late October. The conference will not address the final status of Kosovo but will address mutual security issues (one of those, we suspect, being ethnic Albanian guerrillas crossing the border into south Serbia).
