IWPR reports that the Macedonian government really does fear a new spring offensive by Albanian militants. There are credible reports that the Albanian National Army (ANA) has uniformed members operating around the towns of Lipkovo and Tetovo. An interview with an ANA leader (part of ANUF, Albanian National Union Front, the alleged political front for the ANA), claimed that the ANA had a division in the area. The name of the division? Skenderbeg of course (named after Albanias national hero).
