The British Royal Navy and the Argentine Navy conducted their first joint exercise since the Falklands War on 1-4 Nov. The British frigate Somerset, the Argentine patrol boat Francisco de Gurruchaga, and the Argentine frigate Parker, along with several aircraft, conducted the exercise (which rescued the crew of a fishing boat pretending to be in distress). --Stephen V Cole
