The National Missile Defense program plans to restrict the release of information sharply, particularly in the areas of what kind of decoys the interceptors can detect. This is likely to infuriate program critics, but program managers say that potential enemies are gaining too much information on how to penetrate a system that hasn't been built.--Stephen V Cole
