Titan Corporation has established a new research facility based on the old Lockheed Martin Skunk Works. The goal is to design a new cruise missile that uses only "off-the-shelf" parts and costs only $50,000, compared to $1 million per missile for those currently used by the US military.--Stephen V Cole
