The Uganda National Rescue Front Two (UNRF-II) accused the Ugandan government of failing to live up to agreements that would produce peace and stability in Uganda. UNRF-II is a rebel group led by Ali Bamuze and includes a number of former soldiers who served under Idi Amin. UNFR-II wants several things, among them the right for former dictators Milton Obote and Idi Amin to return to Uganda and be treated as former heads of state. Amin, of course, murdered around 300,000 Ugandas when he was in charge.
