More on the attacks in northern Uganda. New information confirms that the LRA massacred 52 people in the village of Lapono (Agago county). 34 of the people were burned alive in thatched huts set on fire by the LRA attackers. Its difficult to see how the Museveni government can proceed with any sort of ceasefire discussions with the LRA when attacks like this continue to occur.
