North Korea continues to refuse to negotiate about its nuclear weapons or ballistic missile programs. Apparently they are waiting for the outcome of the American presidential elections, hoping for a better deal from a new president, or resigning themselves to dealing with what they have already been offered (large bribes to stop with the nukes and missiles, and allow inspections to confirm it).
