US intelligence has detected renewed activity at the North Korean Yongbyon nuclear weapons facility. But it's only smoke out of a chimney, which could just be some North Koreans trying to stay warm. No unusual vehicle movements have been reported around Yongbyon, which is a more certain indicator of renewed weapons work.
